කිරිඳි ඇල්ල|පැල්මඩුල්ල~ Kirindi Ella|Pelmadulla

 තවත් ලස්සන දිය ඇල්ලක් බලන්න යන්න අපිට අවස්ථාව ලැබුණා..

මේක නමින් කිරිඳි ඇල්ල.

ලංකාවේ උසින් හත් වෙනි ස්ථානය ගන්න දිය ඇල්ල.

උසින් මීටර් 116ක්.

පිහිටා තියෙන්නෙ රත්නපුර දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ පැල්මඩුල්ල ප්‍රදේශයේ කුට්ටාපිටිය කියන ගමේ.

ගලා වැටෙන ජලකඳ අවසානයේ එකතු වෙන්නෙ කළු ගඟට.

කුට්ටාපිටිය කන්දෙන් ඇරඹෙන දිය ඇල්ල අවට රක්ෂිතය ශ්‍රීලංකාවට අවේණික ශාක,සත්ව විශේෂ රැසකගේ තෝතැන්නක්.

දිය ඇල්ලට ලඟා විය හැක්කේ රත්නපුර සිට පැල්මඩුල්ල නගරයට පැමිණ එතැන් සිට කුට්ටාපිටිය මාර්ගය ඔස්සේ කිලෝමිටර් හතරක් පමණ පැමිණිය පසු මාර්ගයේ දකුණු පසු කිරිඳි ඇල්ලට යන මාර්ග ඔස්සේ. එතැන් සිට මීටර් 500 පමණ ඳුරක් පා ගමනින් ගිය පසු කිරිදි ඇල්ලට ළඟා වෙන්න පුලුවන්.

දිය ඇල්ල පාමුලට යන්න පඩිපෙලක් තිබුණත් ඝන කැලෑවෙන් වැහිලා තියෙන නිසා පහලට යාම ටිකක් අමාරුයි.

කූඩැල්ලන්ගෙන්නම් අඩුවක් නෑ.

වැස්සත් ඒ වගේ.

මං හිතන්නෙ දවසෙන් පැය 12ක් විතරම වැස්ස..

නාන්න තැන්නම් අඩුවක් නෑ..ඒ උනාට වැස්ස දවස් වලට නාන එක ටිකක් අවදානම්.

වැස්සත් එක්ක දිය ඇල්ලේ ජල කඳ ක්ෂණිකව වැඩි වෙනවා.

කීප දෙනෙක් මැරිලත් තියෙනවා කියල තමයි වැස්සට නැවතිලා හිටිය කඩේ මුදලාලි අපිට කිව්වෙ.

කොහොමින් කොහොම උනත් දිය ඇල්ලට යන වංගු සහිත මාර්ගය නම් සුපිරි..

ඒ අත්දැකීමනම් දවසක ගිහින් ගන්නම ඕනේ 1ක්.

අපි කන්ද නැගලා පහලට එනකනුත් මොර සූරන වැස්ස.

බයික් වල ගිය නිසා ඇති වෙන්න තෙමුණා.

ඒ උනත් ඒකත් සුපිරිම අත්දැකීමක්.

ඔයාලත් දවසක ගිහින් බලන්න..

ඔයාලටත් ලස්සන මතක ගොඩක් එකතු කරගන්න පුලුවන් වෙයි.

We had the opportunity to visit another beautiful waterfall ..

 This is called Weed Falls.

 The waterfall is the seventh tallest waterfall in Sri Lanka.

 116 meters in height.

 Located in a village called Kuttapitiya in the Pelmadulla area in the Ratnapura District.

 The flowing body of water eventually joins the Black River.

 The reserve around the waterfall that starts from Kuttapitiya mountain is a haven for many endemic flora and fauna.

 The waterfall can be reached from Ratnapura to Pelmadulla town and from there take the Kuttapitiya road for about 4 km and then take the road to Kirindi Ella.  From there you can reach the Milky Way after walking about 500 meters.

 There is a stairway to the foot of the waterfall, but it is difficult to get down because of the dense jungle.

 And it is slippery.

 There is no shortage of leeches.

 It's raining too.

 I think it only rains 12 hours a day.

 There is no shortage of bathing places..but bathing on rainy days is a bit risky.

 With the rain, the water level in the waterfall rises rapidly.

 The shopkeeper who was staying in the rain told us that several people had died.

 Anyway the winding road to the waterfall is super ..

 Enough location to take a photo.

 A different environment, like a different world.

 If that is the experience you should go and get one in a day.

 It rained heavily until we climbed the mountain and came down.

 Got on bikes and got wet.

 Even so, it was a great experience.

 Go and see for yourself one day ..
